Gabriel Aubry Has Moved To New York To Be Close To Nahla

I’m happy to see that Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are at least on speaking terms now. Gabriel just revealed that he is going to postpone all of his upcoming projects so that he can relocate to New York to look after Nahla while Halle shoots ‘New Year’s Eve’ in New York. A source said that;
“He has put his career temporarily on ice, cancelled a couple of projects he had booked, and plans on concentrating full time on being with Nahla.
“The agreement at the moment is that Gabriel will be primary caregiver to Nahla during the time Halle is working, but nothing is set in stone, or agreed in writing, so we will have to just see how that goes.”
According to RadarOnline.com, Gabriel initially wanted Nahla to stay in LA with him but Halle refused, so he decided to relocate temporarily to New York.
“He really wanted Nahla to stay behind in LA with him while Halle went to New York, but she wouldn’t allow that, so he is uprooting and moving there to be with her.”
I can understand that Halle would want Nahla close to her while she is filming, so I’m happy to hear that they were able to work things out, at least for now. Things were looking like they were going to get very messy for a while so at least this looks like a step in the right direction.

I can understand Halle wanting her daughter to be close to her too, but is it fair that Gabriel is always the one who has to have the inconvenience placed on him to see his own child? Why can’t Halle have to travel and be without her child for a bit so she can have more time with her daddy?
i second that. they are both the parents. and if homebase is LA, then the parent remaining in LA could care for the child; there is sufficient work available in the LA area such that they could both continue to work in LA and stay in close contact with their child.
