Celebrity mom and star of “Melissa and Joey”, Melissa Joan Hart, hosts breakfast in New York’s Grand Central Terminal today to support the Kellogg’s Share Your Breakfast program, which aims to share one million breakfasts with kids who need them most.

In other Melissa Joan Hart news – her Television series “Melissa and Joey” is set to return on June 29th.

Apparently there is just NO low that is low enough for Michael Lohan. TMZ reports today that Michael is planning to crash Lindsay’s court hearing on Thursday – letting the cameras for “Celebrity Rehab” catch the entire thing on film for the reality show, which he’s “starring” in. Thursday is when Lindsay will either accept a plea deal or go to trial.

Lindsay and the rest of her family are absolutely livid and are trying to find a legal loophole that will stop him from turning the hearing into a circus. TMZ says cameras have been allowed in Judge Schwartz’s courtroom in the past, so there’s a slight chance Michael could pull this off!

She has been BEGGING him to stop talking about her to the media and to stop using his relationship with her as a way to get media attention..and he does THIS???

I can’t even imagine having to deal with a relative like this!

It seems that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have hit the first snag in their divorce: agreeing on custody of their son Bronx Mowgli, 2.

When Ashlee filed her papers last month, she requested sole custody of Bronx with visitation for Pete, but today he filed his own paperwork, requesting joint custody.

Even though a few media outlets are anticipating a custody war between the two, a source close to Pete says that’s just not the case:

“There’s no fire. It’s a very straightforward response asking for joint custody and fair distribution of attorney’s fees. He’s not gearing up for a custody war.”

I hope they are able to keep things out of the media and settle their matters privately. They seem to still care for one another very much and obviously both adore their son!
