Love It Or Hate It: Katherine Heigl’s New Haircut

Posted on March 12, 2011 at 10:20 AM

I first showed you Katherine Heigl’s new haircut yesterday. I always need a day or two after seeing a big change to start making judgments. Now here are more pictures of Katherine’s new ‘do.

What do you think? I think the cut is great and it’s a nice change for spring! Others aren’t such big fans, saying it “really ages her” and even “ewww.” Goodness!

  1. In the main picture its aging her, but i think thats mostly that picture in general, something about the sunglasses and ehr smile makes her look about 45, though I cant put my finger on it totally.perhaps its the colour too, its too unnatural blonde.

its not my preference, I love long hair on a woman, i find it very feminine and beautiful, and as such find that very very very few women-far fewer than those who THINK they can- can pull off a short do, and as such its not a fave for me. then again it might be that the amount of dyeing etc that shes done in recent years for roles has taken a bit of a toll and cutting it a bit shorter is both a change and getting rid of damaged shafts. who knows. but certainly if she decides she doesnt like it, hair grows and shes got the money to get quality extensions.

  2. she doesn’t look any different to me. i don’t like it when she goes dark, though. she’s far better as a blond.

  3. It looks great and is adorable. Its refreshing to see a woman who isnt wearing the same boring do as everyone else and faking it with extensions.

  4. I love the haircut. I love to see when a woman steps outside of her normal look. It’s adventurous and freeing. I was surfing around the net looking for ideas. I have GOOGLETV with my DISH Network employee subscription. I can watch TV and surf the net on my 52″ Vizio. Way cool!
