Enrique Iglesias’ Ego Can’t Handle Touring With Britney Spears

There was quite a bit of confusion yesterday with whether or not Enrique Iglesias was going to join Britney Spears on her concert tour. Hours after the tour details came out Billboard announced that Iglesias pulled out, leaving many of us scratching our heads.
The reason? Multiple sources who are connected with Britney‘s tour have told TMZ Enrique‘s ego couldn’t handle being Britney’s opening act.
Even though the deal was favourable, “great terms and great placement” Enrique just couldn’t take the fact that he would be taking the stage before Britney. Just before Britney‘s management went public on the tour details, Enrique spoke to many people confirming that he was her opening act and wanted out.

Well, he is not an idiot. He knows you can’t put to lip-singers in one stage after Milli Vanilli fiasco.
Well, why should he open the concert when he’s already a star? Singers who open concerts are the ones just starting out and he’s been in the biz since 1995.
If Britney was still really great it wouldn’t matter who she has open for her, but the fact she chose Enrique says to me that Britney knows her ability to sell tickets is quickly fading.
he’s nowhere near Britney’s fame level to be co-headlining with her. It wasn’t fair for him. It was a really bad idea from the get go.
If Britney was still actually abounding with it would not bulk that she has been attainable for her, but the achievement. She chose Enrique says to me that Britney knows her adeptness to acquaint tickets is apprenticed fading.
