Short skirt – check. Tall boots – check. Black leather jacket – check. Cigarette in hand – check. Taylor Momsen certainly doesn’t deviate from her typical look much, does she?
The 17 year old singer was spotted out walking down 5th Avenue in New York today smoking a cigarette and looking as teen angst-y as usual. If you’re wondering who Taylor was out with, that’s her mom with her.
The ladies do seem to be enjoying the attention from the paparazzi though! What do you think about 17 year old Taylor smoking in front of her mom?

The legal age for smoking (and purchasing cigarettes) is 18. Yet she’s openly breaking that law.
Talk about trying too hard. It’s like she’s read a checklist of how to be a bad girl, a rebel and is trying to fulfill them all and all she looks like is a stupid little girl trying too hard to be a grown up and failing. Lank hair, check. Eyes almost glued shut from eyeliner check, slutty outfit check even if it makes her look ridculous not sexy, ripped tights check stupid shoes. Drink and smoke and talk about sex despite age, check. You can be an individual be a grown up without seeming so so desperate to be a big bad girl. She’s just laughable and pathetic and her parents just need to shove her head on straight. She’s a stood little child and this NEED to not look like one just emphasises it. What’s next some tramp stamp tattoo where she’s trying so hard to be unique-just like everyone else. Needs to just disappear
Uggghh this ‘little girl’ needs to just stop, she’s so desperate.First, take the cigarette out of your mouth, it makes you look like a tool. She dresses like a day shift stripper, swears like a sailor and says the most obscene, random crap just to spark controversy, not to mention her music is such a ripoff of any other rock band. No wonder she’s such a mess, my mother would have locked me in my room if I acted like that, but hers promotes her pathetic behaviour.
I would love to be a fly on the wall the day Taylor Momsen leaves behind her edgy teen years and matures into a less rebellious adult…you know that one moment when it suddenly dawns on you what an idiot you were when you were a teenager–how ridiculous you truly looked but didn’t see because angst and rebellion were your main focus.
