Matthew Perry just can’t kick his substance abuse issues. The ‘Friends’ actor is about to enter rehab for the third time.  Matt checked into an in-patient facility in 1997 and in 2001.

Yikes!

He’s released the following statement:

“I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. “Please enjoy making fun of me on the world wide web.”

Well, at least the 41-year-old ‘Mr. Sunshine’ actor still has his sense of humor! All jokes aside – wishing him a speedy and healthy recovery.
