Lindsay Lohan is a free woman once again. The actress completed her 35 days of house arrest this morning and is now free to come and go.
The starlet still needs to complete her community service and other requirements under her plea deal stemming from the necklace theft.
Lindsay’s first outing is said to be a trip to the women’s shelter where she’s been performing her community service.
