Ashlee Simpson hit up the nail salon after picking up son Bronx today in Los Angeles. I am really liking Ashlee’s hair like this, looks so pretty on her.

Ashlee decided to forgo wearing shoes on the way to her car – I guess she didn’t want to wait in the salon for her nails to dry the whole way! Maybe she was running late or maybe Bronx got tired of waiting!

It’s been a while since I’ve seen any new pics of Ashlee and her new beau Vincent Piazza, I wonder if they’re still going strong?

Yes, Jake Gyllenhaal certainly knows how to fill out a t-shirt!

 The actor, who just returned from his father’s wedding in Oahu, we spotted heading out for a workout with his trainer in Los Feliz.

Jake also just finished filming 6 episodes of the Discovery show, ‘Man vs. Wild.’ Have you seen any of the previews for that – looks pretty intense!

Glee actress Lea Michele was spotted heading into the gym today in Los Angeles.

Lea debuted her new songs for the upcoming animated movie ‘Dorothy of Oz’ at this year’s Comic Con in San Diego. Lea provides the voice of Dorothy in the movie.

I’m kind of sad that this will be Lea’s final year on Glee. I understand that she will have to graduate but I love hearing her sing! Maybe she’ll get to come back for a few cameos.

Actress Vanessa Hudgens was seen getting gas today in West Hollywood. Vanessa has definitely been embracing the maxi-dress look lately and I must say I love it on her.

Vanessa recently cut her hair to play a pregnant teen in the upcoming movie ‘Gimme Shelter’. She told Access Hollywood that her new hairstyle made her feel like a soccer mom!

“Honestly, I kind of feel like a soccer mom, but we’re going to let that go. There’s nothing wrong with soccer moms, but I’m only 22! I miss [my hair,] believe me, I do, but there’s nothing I can do about it.”

Vanessa still looks lovely, and as soon as she’s done filming if her hair bothers her that much at least she can get extensions!

Wow Julianne Moore looks stunning as she greets fans outside the Ed Sullivan Theatre. The actress is busy making the rounds to promote her new movie Crazy Stupid Love. She paid a visit earlier today to the Today Show.

Johnny Galecki was also seen waving to fans on his way to see Letterman. I must admit that Big Bang Theory is one of my favourite shows on television! Did you catch Johnny’s cameo on Entourage this past weekend?

Michael Jackson’s family held a press conference at the Beverly Hills hotel, announcing and discussing their plans for the upcoming ‘Michael Forever: the Tribute Concert’, to be held October 8th at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.   The members in attendance were Katherine Jackson, La Toya Jackson, Tito Jackson, Jackie Jackson and Marlon Jackson.

Not all of the Jackson siblings are on board with the timing of the concert, because it will overlap the manslaughter trial, which is due to start on September 8th and will likely take several weeks to wrap up.  Jermaine and Randy released a statement after the press conference:

“While we wholeheartedly support the spirit of a tribute that honors our brother, we find it impossible to support an event that is due to take place during the criminal trial surrounding Michael’s death. There will come a time and place for an amazing and deserving tribute to Michael.  But we feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name.”
