Richard Franco is being charged with felony stalking and burglary – which he’s plead ‘not guilty’ to – stemming from the incident a few weeks ago where he attempted to break into a guest house on Halle’s property. If he’s found guilty, the restraining order could stretch out 10 years.

Today a judge issued a three year restraining order to keep Halle Berry’s stalker from coming near her or daughter Nahla.
