After stopping by the Grove with sons Patrick and Christopher Schwarzenegger late last month, Maria Shriver stepped out with her daughter Katherine on Thursday afternoon.

The mother-daughter duo both sported stylish maxi dresses, all the while letting their hair down on a “girls only” outing. With everything that their family has endured this past summer, it’s nice to see that both Katherine and Maria can stay strong, complete with smiles on their faces.

Victoria’s Secret model Alessandra Ambrosio is having herself a bit low-key summer. After being spotted out and about in July, the leggy brunette had been keeping a bit of a low-profile, until now that is.

The supermodel stunner was spotted out with pals, and of course her precious little pooch, in LA on Thursday afternoon. Sporting a bright blue maxi dress and gladiators, Alessandra’s look totally screamed summertime chic!

SNL vet and funny man Steve Martin not only knows how to make his fans laugh, but smile. The comedian was spotted signing a few autographs for his awaiting admirers after his bluegrass music concert on Thursday night in Dallas.

Sporting specs, a fedora, and a suit, Steve signed away before heading off. After his appearance in It’s Complicated, I’m eagerly awaiting his return to the big screen. However, it may be just a little while longer as his fall flick, The Big Year will hit theaters this October.

Not only are Serena and Venus Williams superstars on the tennis court, but now they can add cover girls to their already stacked resume! The dynamic duo were spotted celebrating their Hamptons magazine cover at R.V.D. in New York just last night.

While Venus opted for a sleek multi-color mini, Serena kept it basic with an all-black jumpsuit. After posing for a few pictures for the photogs, the sisterly duo hugged it out on the red carpet as well. You go (cover) girls!

I don’t know about you, but one of my favorite classic movies has to be Thelma and Louise. The gal-pal flick, featuring a lovely pre-Angie Brad Pitt, is already nearing its 20th anniversary! And to mark its milestone, the film’s star Geena Davis was on hand for a special screening in Beverly Hills on Thursday night.

Dressed in a tailored gray suit, Geena showed the paps that simplicity is key by pairing the number with a basic pair of black strappy sandals. After all these years since the film’s first release, Geena’s still got it, including her signature smile!

Though they may not be headed back to the ballroom until later next month, that doesn’t mean the dancing crew from Dancing with the Stars is spending their last days of summer in the studio. Nope, these guys are all about having fun in the sun!

From dancing queens Cheryl Burke and Lacey Schwimmer, to Derek Hough, Tony Dovolani, and of course my favorite, Maksim Chmerkovsky, it seemed the entire crew had a blast at their beach bash in Malibu on Thursday afternoon.

Joined by DWTS alum Jennifer Grey and Melissa Rycroft, all the stars played in the sand one last time, before gearing up not only for the new season, but for their new partners as well.
