The female bus driver who alleges she was assaulted by actor Matthew Fox has made good on her promise to file charges, which she did yesterday afternoon, according to CNN.

“He got me pretty good,” Heather Bormann, 29, told CNN…”He was swinging at my legs and, ultimately, my chest and my crotch area.”

Heather said she also hurt her wrist when she punched the actor, reportedly in self-defense. The Cleveland prosecutor’s office said they had pictures of Heather’s injuries. Goodness!

Neither Matthew nor his reps have responded to requests for a comment. From a legal standpoint, I guess it makes sense: don’t say anything. From a PR standpoint: this silence does NOT look good, do you think?

Jennifer Aniston is only one of the celebrities who went behind the camera to direct a segment of ‘Five,’ a movie with five intertwining stories that will air on Lifetime. In addition to Jennifer, the other segments were directed by Demi Moore, Alicia Keyes, Penelope Spheeris and Patty Jenkins.

The talent in front of the camera is just as good with Jeanne Tripplehorn, Rosario Dawson, and Tony Shaloub, to name a few. The five intertwining stories are about women dealing with cancer, so have your kleenex ready. Does this look interesting to you?

I have to say, I thought Brandon Routh made for one HAWT looking Superman: it’s just too bad the story for the movie wasn’t very good. However, it didn’t, and now the studio has decided to reboot the Superman franchise with a new actor: the recently engaged Henry Cavill.

‘Iron Man‘ and ‘Sherlock Holmes‘ star Robert Downey Jr. and his wife of six years, Susan, are expecting their first child together!

“Robert and Susan could not be more excited over this news,” his rep tells PEOPLE. “They can’t wait to welcome this new baby into their wonderful family.”

This will be Robert’s second child: he has a 17-year-old son, Indio, with his ex-wife, Deborah Falconer. Robert said previously that he and Susan were planning to have a child in 2012, and he was open about his gender preference.

“I think I will be wrist-deep in doo-doo within 18 months. I’m calling it right here. I think we should probably try to have a girl because I don’t want another male entity to have to compete. I don’t want Indio to feel there’s another boy in my life. But I don’t know what we’d have to do [to have a girl]. Do we have to put it in a spoon and hang it upside-down?”

If they do have a girl, Susan will have to take charge- LOL. I guess we’ll have to wait and see whether or not they’re having a boy or a girl. Congratulations!

With Labor Day weekend just around the bend, it seems that everybody wants to get that one last BBQ in before summer officially comes to an end. And what better way to end the summer with a bang than a grill-off with one of television’s best cooks, Rachael Ray.
