Angelina Jolie is keeping herself busy while partner Brad Pitt tries to film ‘World War Z.’ She’s embarked on a humanitarian trip to Libya on behalf of the United Nations.

“I have come to Libya for a variety of reasons, to see a country in transition at every level. I will be meeting with officials from all sides but above all, listening to the local people in the street. I am here to express solidarity with them. It is the work of rebuilding and recovery that will determine Libya’s future.”

This is in addition to the $340,000 donation that Angelina and Brad recently made to an organization that helps mothers in Somalia. Say what you will about this couple, but it’s great to see them donating both money and their own time to these humanitarian causes.
