Steven Tyler Had A Bad Fall

‘American Idol’ judge Steven Tyler was forced to postpone Aerosmith’s concert in South Africa after he had a bad fall in his hotel bathroom. The rocker lost two teeth and suffered several cuts to the face that required both stitches and emergency dental work. Goodness!
Event organizers say Aerosmith will be back onstage tonight, however.
“Mr. Tyler had a small accident that prevents him from staging the concert tonight. He is fine, he’s in his hotel but he’s not able to do the concert.”
Apparently Steven fell in the shower. The bathroom is one of the most dangerous places indoor in which to have a fall! TMZ reports that Steven is blaming his fall on food poisoning. Well, if he only had to cancel one show, then it must not be that bad, luckily.
