Lindsay is hoping to show the judge that THIS time she truly is serious about fulfilling her community service requirement. She’s supposedly put in 24 hours, more than the 16 hours that she was required to do, at the LA County Morgue.
The question is whether or not the judge will buy it. If I were the judge, I wouldn’t buy it. But, as the judge herself noted, overcrowding in the jails may save Lindsay from doing any time. Lindsay reportedly is hoping for the minimal jail time (two weeks) rather than the maximum time she could get (over a year).
