Michelle Williams’ Haircut Is A Tribute To Heath Ledger

Michelle Williams knows many people (including her daughter Matilda and “straight men“) are not fans of her pixie haircut. Yet she, and someone very important to her, loves it, so don’t expect to see her grow it out anytime soon!
“What Matilda would love is for her mom to grow out the cropped hair, though that’s unlikely to happen any time soon. I’ve really grown into it. I feel like myself with short hair. And it’s been a really long time since I had long hair, five years.
“Of course, the only people who like it are gay men and my girlfriends,” [Michelle] jokes. “Straight men across the board are not into this hair!”
Except for one, according to the ‘My Week with Marilyn‘ star: Heath Ledger.
“I cut it for the one straight man who has ever liked short hair and I wear it in memorial of somebody who really loved it.”
I love Michelle with her hair short! How about you?

honestly she looks better with short hair…it’s a beautiful hair cut, but what she said is true ..most men…white or black…are usually shallow and want women to have hair weaved down their backs….even if long hair makes you look like everyone woman on the planet…the truth is anyone can have long hair…not everyone can rock a short cut…she does it well

This. It’s amazing how men will drool over some butterfaced bint because she’s got long hair but find an attractive woman with short hair ‘ugly.’ She’s so spot on with that. It’s rare to find a man who thinks outside the box that way.
Adorable, no actually, perfect. I just wish I could hope to look even 1/10th at good as she does with short hair.
She really does have the perfect bone structure for short hair – and I agree, she looks better with short hair – great cut too!
That hair style looks good on her. Some girls just look good on short hair.
