Yesterday morning Kirsten Dunst was very ladylike in her yellow flower-print dress when she visited ‘Good Morning America’ to talk about her new movie ‘Melancholia.’

Then she got edgy in black leather for the Los Angeles Times Young Hollywood Panel last night. Well, the leather may be edgy, but the style of the dress is simple and straightforward. I think Kirsten looks great!

The people of Austin, Texas get to do some celeb watching: the film production ‘Lawless’ is in town, and its stars, Ryan Gosling and Rooney Mara, are shooting scenes. IMDb has no information on what the movie is about, so I’ll have to keep an eye out for the trailer.

I can’t WAIT to see Rooney in the US version of ‘The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo‘! She was great in her brief appearance in ‘The Social Network,’ but Lisbeth Salander is a completely different role. And Ryan’s been on fire with ‘The Ides of March‘ and ‘Drive,’ so I have high hopes for ‘Lawless.’

Jennifer Garner was back on mom duty, taking Violet to her karate class with Seraphina in tow. She had help today, though, with a nanny. You can see the nanny taking both Violet and Seraphina inside in a picture in the thumbnails.

I bet Jennifer was trying to stop the paparazzi from photographing the girls. By now I’d imagine they’d be used to it, but with Violet getting older, maybe the ever-present photographers are causing her more stress. I hope not, though, since I doubt it’s going to calm down anytime soon.

According to the photo agency, Katherine Heigl was spotted going to the animal shelter to volunteer. What on earth could she have been doing to select that outfit? I’m guessing Katherine was doing some type of shoot: either a photo shoot or filming a PSA or something.

But speaking of Katherine’s outfit: what do you think of it? I love all the pieces: the jacket, the dress, the pearls, the boots, and the bag. I’m not sure I’d put them all together, though. Are you a fan?

Kristin Cavallari clearly isn’t letting her surprise exit from ‘Dancing with the Stars’ keep her down! She was spotted going out to dinner at Madeo restaurant in LA last night.

There was no sign of her ex-fiance, Jay Cutler, but maybe he just avoided the cameras. Something tells me Kristin didn’t eat alone .
