Jennifer Aniston Buys New Apartment For $9 Million

Clearly not everyone is struggling in these hard economic times! Jennifer Aniston bought a new three-bedroom, 2,873 square foot apartment in New York’s exclusive Gramercy Park area. The building includes housekeeping, room and butler service and a membership to the luxury David Barton gym. For that type of money, it should!
Jennifer’s apartment reportedly is the only one in the building with a master bedroom that looks out onto Gramercy Park. And this isn’t the only New York property Jennifer owns: she bought the 17th and 18th floors of an apartment building in Manhattan for $7 million last April.
Jennifer and boyfriend Justin Theroux are also renting a $3 million home in Hollywood (if you recall, Jennifer sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $38 million last spring). That house has hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and a hidden garden. A source said:
“One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room. It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it’s also for sale. They’re really excited about it.”
I guess so: it sounds gorgeous! Well, if you have the money, this is the time to buy property!
