Jaime Pressly’sdivorce fromSimran Singh was finalized yesterday. The former ‘My Name is Earl’ star filed divorce papers ten months ago, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Jaime has been ordered to pay Simran a $45,000 “equalization payment,” and Simran also gets household furniture, jewellery, clothing, personal effects currently in his possession, a 2007 BMW 750LI, bank accounts in his name and the businesses Simran Singh, Singh, Singh & Trauben, Malianteo and Shots After Dark, and a Miami residence.
Jaime, meanwhile, also gets some household furniture, jewellery, clothing and personal effects, a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country car, any bank accounts in her name, the business known as J’aime Productions, any “celebrity goodwill” associated with her name and their home in Sherman Oaks, California.
The two had no children together during their 16 month marriage; Jaime has a son from a previous relationship. At least this is another thingoff her plate.
