Jeremy Renner came into the public’s eye with the Oscar-winning movie ‘The Hurt Locker,’ but for those of you who missed that movie, you’re sure to become more familiar with him soon: he stars in ‘Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol‘ with Tom Cruise.

Here he is arriving on a flight at LAX. Looks like he also spent Thanksgiving away from LA with his family (and did quite a bit, judging from how tired he looks). Wonder if he left his four-legged companion behind?

Singer Adele may be silenced temporarily due to throat surgery, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy music from her live performances as we wait for her to recover!

Here’s Adele singing ‘Chasing Pavements.’ It’s a clip from a Blu-Ray/DVD that’s about to come out called ‘Adele: Live at the Royal Albert Hall.’ It would make a great gift for an Adele fan or a stocking stuffer, wouldn’t it?

I’m guessing Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves took Levi and Vida to Texas for Thanksgiving? Just a guess, since Matthew’s family is from Texas and Camila’s family doesn’t celebrate the holiday since she’s from Brazil.

LAX seems to be the most common place we get pics of the McConaughey family these days: they’re keeping a pretty low profile these days! Well, I love seeing pictures of this family, so I’ll take them however I can get them (although I won’t be opposed to seeing pics of Matthew in his stripper role for ‘Magic Mike,’ either ).

David Arquette looks like he has a lot to be thankful for this holiday weekend! Here he is with girlfriend Christina McLarty, and he certainly does look like a man in love, doesn’t he?

The couple went out for a stroll in New York City. Wonder if they checked out any Black Friday sales? Maybe they just enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s always busy, but there’s a special energy around the holidays.

You can practically see Ashley Olsen’s thoughts: “Can’t a woman eat and have a cigarette in peace?” Not when you’re famous, go to a popular restaurant (Madeo’s) and the paparazzi are around!

I wonder if Madeo’s allows smoking? Smokers have a rough time of it these days with all the no-smoking policies (although all of us non-smokers are grateful). It’s too bad we can’t see more of Ashley’s outfit: looks like leather pants and a long scarf. I don’t think that’s one of her $40K bags, is it?

Alyson Hannigan realized a good way to work off Thanksgiving dinner: take her toddler, Satyana, to the park. They’ll certainly wear you out there! (And with any luck, they’ll wear themselves out, too, and go to bed without too much trouble ).

‘American Reunion‘ is scheduled to be released in April 2012. Are you looking forward to another ‘American Pie’ movie, or were they a little too raunchy for your taste? I’m on the fence myself.
