After experiencing a health scare late last month, a healthy-looking Joe Jonas was spotted in NYC on Jan. 22. The JoBro-turned-solo star kept warm in Manhattan yesterday, as he bundled up in a black North Face puffer coat and snow boots.
But before Joe officially headed out and about in the city for the day, he graciously granted a fan’s wish and took a quick pic with her. How nice, right?!
