What a generous gesture! I know some people will say “well she did make $40 million last year,” but plenty of big singers make that type of money and continue to take their proceeds rather than donating anything, so I think it’s a great gesture.
Katy Perry may not be feeling too charitable towards ex-husband Russell Brand, but she still has a giving heart: she’s donating proceeds of her new single to charity. She explained on twitter:
