Gabriel Aubry Will Not Be Charged With Shoving Nahla’s Nanny

Halle Berry’s ex (and father of daughter Nahla), Gabriel Aubry will not be charged for the alleged nanny-pushing incident.
Back in January Gabriel kept Nahla home from school to spend time with her but he forgot to tell the nanny. They allegedly had an argument and she says that Gabriel shoved her while she was holding Nahla. The L.A. City Attorney’s office said today that they will not charge Gabriel due to “insufficient evidence”.
Gabriel still has to have a monitor with him when he visits with Nahla, per the L.A. County DCFS.
No word yet on whether Halle’s request to move to France with her daughter has been approved.

If u read the nanny’s trumped up restraining order, prepared by her attorney 2 days after she supposedly quit, then u would know that Nahla stayed home from school because she was sick and that the school administrator and Halle informed the nanny of this, Gabriel Aubry also sent her a text, thenext line she says she is concerned that the school had not been informed, she cant keep her lies straight. read lines 14 thru 20 of her complaint.

This poor father is being shafted by Berry and her need/desire to posses her child instead of co-parenting with the child’s father
My heart goes out to Nahla and her Dad. It will probably not be much longer before Halle fabricates some other drama or incident. I hope he does not give up or be too discouraged by the bullying and maligning tactics, but I would not blame him if he were.
