Katie Holmes and Suri were spotted arriving at a building. That’s all the information I have: a building, so I don’t know if this was a doctor’s appointment or what.
I do think Katie found an interesting way to shield Suri from the paparazzi: hide her behind a giant stuffed animal. Seems to be working, although Katie looks like she has her hands full!

Suri is too old to have to be comforted by blankets and toys everytime she steps out of her house. The little girl is not learning the correct lessons. C’mon parents, step up the plate and parent this child!
