Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted out and about in NYC this afternoon.  The actress took a stroll and then caught a cab back home.  She then took headed back out with her daughters.

In other news, it was announced today that AnnaSophia Robb was cast to play young Carrie Bradshaw in ‘The Carrie Diaries’. The CW picked up the pilot, which is based on the book series by Candace Bushnell.  The storyline will focus on Carrie as a high-schooler, following the death of her mother, as she’s being raised by her father in Connecticut.

I hope it’s hit a for them.  Will you watch this? I was a HUGE ‘Sex and the City‘ fan, but I’m not sure I want to know “teenage” Carrie.  It all seems a little odd (for me, anyway).

Rachel Zoe’s son Skyler is one happy little fellow!  Rachel was seen with her smiley guys this afternoon as they headed for a lunch date in West Hollywood.

The celebrity stylist was sporting a pair of torn jeans, a fur jacket and sunglasses.  Skyler was stylin’ in a black sweater cardigan and gray knit cap.

Snooki and J-Woww started filming their new ‘Jersey Shore‘ spin-off show today in Jersey City.  The reality starlets were photographed doing some shopping for home furnishings together.

I wonder if their spin-off will bring in as big of an audience as ‘Jersey Shore’.  Jenni and Snooki are two of the most popular on the show, so it might do very well.

Johnny Depp tried to make a quiet exit from an apartment building in Tribeca this afternoon.  Tried.  The actor was bombarded by photographers and fans wanting autographs.

Johnny’s new vampire flick ‘Dark Shadows‘ is set for release in May and he is about to begin filming for ‘The Lone Ranger‘.

I just realized that we STILL haven’t seen Johnny and Vanessa Paradis out together since the stories of their rumored split began swirling a few months ago.

Zooey Deschanel is seen shooting scenes for her hit show ‘The New Girl’ in L.A.  Zooey’s co-stars Max Greenfield and Hannah Simone were also spotted filming together.

I’m loving some of the color combos for spring! The blues, purples, pinks and oranges and all of the color blocking!  Fun stuff!

Are you watching ‘The New Girl’?  Is it good or just okay? I’ve heard it got better/funnier as the episodes went on.
