Rihanna Explains Her Collaboration With Chris Brown
Posted on March 15, 2012 at 4:30 PM
When we first heard the news that Rihanna recorded two songs with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, almost all of us shook our heads no around here. We all understand the power of forgiveness and all, but Chris doesn’t look like he’s changed much from the past three years. In fact, he seems even more immature now than ever before.
Well, Rihanna has decided to explain why she decided to record two songs with her abusive ex, and why she’s ready to move on. She told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show:
“I reached out to him about doing ‘Birthday Cake’ because [he was] the only person that really made sense to do the record — just as a musician. Despite everything else, that was gonna be the person.”
“You know, I thought about rappers, [but] the hottest R&B artist out right now is Chris Brown. So I wanted him on the track.”
While it’s great that she still respects him as a musician, we just don’t see this “professional” relationship going in a positive direction. What do you think?

Rihanna is an effin moron.
She’s full of shit and also full of herself. She deserves everything coming to her for and I reckon this is just another one of those ‘shocking’ publicity stunts. Chris Brown the ‘hottest artist’ … I very much doubt it.
Lol hottest artist??? HahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahHahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!Moron!!
Is Brown now an artist? In what???))))
