Kim Kardashian May Press Charges Against “Flour Bomber” After All
Posted on March 25, 2012 at 10:25 AM
At first, Kim Kardashian decided to just laugh it off when someone “flour bombed” her at a public event last week. Now, she’s thinking maybe this isn’t something she should just laugh off. She explained her thoughts to E! News.
“I said earlier no I wasn’t [going to file a complaint]. I am just going to think about it, because I don’t want someone to think they can really get away with that. So we are going to handle that.
“I was laughing it off earlier and, you know, I think that is the only thing I knew how to do at the time. But I just think it is such a shame that someone like that…would ruin an event, or attempt to ruin an event, that was based around, not only my fragrance, but this organization, Dress For Success… I feel bad that it was kind of derailed from that.
“Now that I think about it and had some time to digest it. I think, ‘What if that was some other substance? What if that person had a dangerous weapon?’ It’s scary. And what’s even scarier is this woman acted as if she was a part of the press. She just came out of nowhere! And so we are definitely changing things up a little bit, amping up security, taking some measures, and…I’m gonna definitely deal with it because it is not acceptable.”
On one hand, I understand what Kim’s saying. On the other hand, she seems okay: here she is filming for ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ with her supportive sisters, Khloe and Kourtney. Personally, I had more respect for Kim laughing it off, even if this woman’s behavior was entirely inappropriate.

And the public should press charges against her for being an embarrassment to America. I could actually picture Mommy dictating to Kimmy. “we are getting lots of free press and you can keep mentioning the event to promote your perfume. Even though we are using those woman who need help like we always use people for our own selfish greedy promotional gain”.
You forgot to give us option C:
The whole thing was a publicity stunt – so really who cares?
Kim’s team is really creative when it comes to publicity stunt.Nothings new here.Ok,next please.
My opinion won’t be popular, but I definitely think she should press charges; in fact, I can’t imagine that the woman wouldn’t be arrested. What if someone did that to you? It was certainly unprovoked. And even though it was “only flour”, isn’t throwing something at someone considered assault?? I honestly don’t get why it’s even a question, I mean it isn’t ok to throw things at people, and just because she’s a “celebrity”, why should this person be able to get away with it?
It’s not that the person should get away with it, Anonymous. It’s just that one moment it’s all fun and games (looking cool for publicity) and one moment it’s all “I’m gonna sue” to keep the attention on her.
It’s always that. The attention has to be on them. All.the.time. It works in some bizarre and eerie way, but it completely sucks. Thankfully I don’t watch much TV in general, so I only come across them on blogs like this one, but boy does it paint a gloomy picture of television in the US.
well of course she is! more publicity!
(that was intended to be sarcastic!)
