Remember all the buzz about Angelina Jolie after the Oscars, where everyone was talking about her flaunting one of her long legs in the thigh-high slit of her gown? An interviewer asked Angelina what she thought of all the talk.

“I honestly didn’t pay attention to it. You know what I mean? I don’t watch those TV shows and if I go online and see something about myself, I don’t click on it. And the people I surround myself with don’t really talk about that kind of stuff. I heard something, but I didn’t pay any attention.

“It’s as simple as being a woman picking a dress you like and having a night, and not really thinking about anything else.”

So why did the ‘Maleficent’ star choose that gown (besides the fact that it’s gorgeous)?

“I wanted to be comfortable and I feel sexy in black velvet.”

I’m sure she felt sexy in that dress! Angelina’s pose may have seemed a little too obvious, but was it really worth all the flack?
