Charlie Sheen Apologizes For His “Wacky” Behavior

Here’s Charlie Sheen outside the ‘Today’ studios, where he sat for an interview today. I have to say, I did not expect to see Charlie giving ANY interviews at this time after his very public meltdown last year. Especially not with him on a new show!
Yet here he is. Overall, he’s looking pretty good, but I’m still worried, especially with his revelation that he still drinks. Take a look at his interview below:

I still love Charlie, its ok, everyone goes a little crazy once in a while, haha
I used to live next door to him in the early 90′s and yes the guy can party, but he always invited all his neighbors over too, that way no one was compaining about the noise.
Is it just me, or does he look like he’s still not doing too hot? I’m a little worried for the guy. Yikes.
