Jennie Garth has said her piece (and will probably have more to say as her reality TV show debut draws closer) about her surprising split from Peter Facinelli. Peter opened up about how he’s handling it while co-hosting ‘Live with Kelly’ this morning.

“Jen and I are doing really well. She’ll always be in my life.”

Well, I guess so: they do have three daughters together! It sounds like they’re focused on  co-parenting their kids well.

“We’re very dedicated to being great parents. It’s very painful to break up with somebody. It’s even more painful when it’s played out in the media.”

I can see that.
