You only have to look at Miranda Kerr to see that she obviously stays in shape, and it looks like she’s instilling her workout habits with Flynn early! Miranda and Flynn were spotted leaving a yoga class.
I’ve heard a lot of moms say they really enjoy the yoga classes where they can bring their little ones. Have you done them? Would you recommend them to other moms with young kids?
