I Can’t Believe This. A woman has filed an incident report with the police alleging that Lindsay Lohan “began pushing and shoving her” after she was talking to a male friend of Lindsay’s in a nightclub last Thursday evening. The legal term for this is BATTERY.

Lindsay denies getting into any kind of altercation. She claims she was at home last Thursday. Of course, she initially claimed the same thing when she clipped that guy with her car (despite video evidence that she was, indeed, there).

This girl hasn’t been off probation for two weeks yet! If Lindsay was at that club, then she needs to remember the judge’s advice: Stay Out of the clubs!
