Jennifer Aniston has already said that she opted against making New York City her home base after finding the paparazzi overwhelming, so I guess this is just the final step towards that: she has sold her New York City properties to a “mystery buyer.”

And showing that even celebs are struggling in this housing market, Jennifer had to take a loss. She bought the properties (two pre-war West Village condos that she was going to have combined into one large unit) for about $7.01 million last year, and sold them for $6.5 million.

Well, compared to the people who’s homes have lost 30%, 50% or more of their value, that’s not too bad!
