Lindsay Lohan was spotted out and about in New York City. She was hanging out with hotelier Vikram Chatwal.

Is Lindsay dating a new guy? At least some things are going well! She certainly looks happy (and was sporting some fierce shoes!). I’m glad: I’m still pulling for this girl.
