Fact Or Fiction: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Decided To Get Married Because Of Angelina’s Dangerous UN Work

I find this a little hard to believe, but tell me what you think: do you believe the thing that motivated Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt to finally tie the knot was the danger Angelina could encounter while working as a UN ambassador? Apparently Angelina will be involved in a UN effort to fight South American drug lords. A source told The Sun:
“Brad’s terrified something bad will happen to her. It’s why he wanted to cement things with a wedding.”
Angelina’s admitted before that she’s had some scary moments during her UN visits, but this story still seems a little far-fetched to me. I don’t think the UN would take a high profile person into a situation where they thought she was likely to be killed, do you?
I’m more inclined to believe what both Brad and Angelina have said about marriage being important to their kids, and that’s why they’re making things official. What do you think: fact or fiction?

Maybe both? I agree with you, I think the kids are the motivating factor, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a little bit of fear of her being a target might have contributed.
Considering that Angelina has been working for the UN for almost 15 years I don’t see why Brad would be worried about her safety all of the sudden. Besides how is getting married supposed to help?
I agree with Abbie, getting married isn’t a security to not be killed on work!
