Love love love these colours on Katie Holmes! It is so nice to see Katie Holmes wearing some colour isn’t it? Tom Cruise’s better half has been spotted out quite a bit lately around NYC but she’s always been wearing very muted colours so this is such a nice change for her.

The actress was out running errands solo today and spotted returning home in a vibrant purple maxi skirt and pretty patterned green tank. I love the studded cuff she’s wearing too.

While her boyfriend Justin Bieber is busy in North America promoting his latest album, Selena Gomez is in France doing some promotional work of her own! I’m assuming for her new fragrance.  The singer/actress was seen today being greeted by a group of lucky fans outside a studio in Cannes.

Selena was super cute in her ripped jeans and sparkly top as she looked genuinely excited to see her fans. She took the time to sign autographs and even posed for pictures with some very lucky girls. Looks like Selena’s fans might give Justin’s a run for their money – that’s a lot of excited teenage girls!

Well she is Hannah Montana no more! Miley Cyrus showed off all that hard work at the Pilates studio today in West Hollywood by giving us a glimpse at her perfectly toned body! Miley, who was spotted leaving an office building this afternoon was out in super short shorts and a half shirt that didn’t leave much to the imagination.

The newly engaged starlet has come under recent criticism about her body and her weight but I think she looks super fit and healthy. She’s also pretty young so I really don’t understand what all the fuss has been about. Looking good Miley!

Kate Beckinsale stars in the remake of ‘Total Recall‘ covers the July/August issue of Women’s Health Magazine and in the interview the actress talks a lot about fighting and how she got that super amazing body of hers! Here’s a few excerpts from the magazine;

Kate on her fight scene with Jessica Biel in her upcoming film Total Recall…
“It’s not like a naked, porno, mud-wrestling-in-a-bar sort of fight—it’s a real fight.”

Kate on the differences between fighting a man and a woman…
“I did find that fighting a woman was very different from when I’ve fought men. There was a lot of ‘I didn’t hurt you, did I? Ooh, I’m sorry about that! No, it was my fault!’”

Kate on not knowing how to run when starting to film 2003’s Underworld…
“I could run if a bear were chasing me, but I ran like a girl with my arms like this [flails arms]. The day they asked me to try a few punches, it was dismal. All I could see what despair in the stunt coordinator’s face.”

Kate on switching from intense gym workouts to yoga-based routines…
“I’d gotten particularly sick of being photographed outside a gym doing a squat with a medicine ball.”
