Mark Wahlberg Attends Church
Posted on July 02, 2012 at 4:30 PM
Ten years ago we’ve probably never have guessed that we would be seeing so many pictures of former Hollywood bad boy Mark Wahlberg weaving in and out of church almost every morning, right? Well, the actor was spotted attending a mass at a church in New York City before making his way back to the set of “2 Guns” on Monday afternoon.
I guess after his film, “Ted,” which he stars in with Mila Kunis did so great this weekend at the box office that he probably just wanted to thank the guys upstairs for the good work. I really love how Mark has been able to turn his life around for the better and become a dedicated father and husband and still great good movies. Kudos to him for being a good role model to young dads out there.

New Clip: Quentin Tarantino’s ‘Django Unchained’
Posted on July 02, 2012 at 3:30 PM
The more I see of Quentin Tarantino’s new movie, the more curious I get. It stars Jamie Foxx as a slave who’s freed to help a bounty hunter, Don Johnson. I’m not sure if they’re actually hunting down Leonardo DiCaprio’s character or if Leo’s character has Jamie’s wife (or both). But it looks like everyone does an amazing acting job, especially Leo!
Yet this clip also shows more of Quentin’s trademark violence. His movies are always entertaining, but sometimes the bloodiness is a bit much. What do you think: are you interested in seeing ‘Django Unchained,’ or not really?
Tom Cruise Continues Filming “Oblivion” In Iceland
Posted on July 02, 2012 at 3:30 PM
The entire entertainment world might be buzzing over the gossip that he and his wife of 5 years, Katie Holmes are divorcing but for Tom Cruise it’s just another day at the office. I guess no amount of personal turmoil is going to stop him from doing what he does best, and that’s act in films.
The soon-to-be single man was spotted arriving on a helicopter in Rejkjavik, Iceland on Monday afternoon, where he is currently filming his next blockbuster hit, “Oblivion.” From what we hear, Tom has already filed his own divorce papers in California after Katie filed hers first in New York, where she is seeking sole custody of the couple’s daughter, Suri Cruise. Something tells me that this is going to me one ugly mess of a divorce.
There is no doubt Tom won’t be spending his 50th birthday on Tuesday in a cheerful mood. In all honesty, I kind of feel sorry for him because he doesn’t seem like that bad of a guy or father. I guess it’s the Scientology that turns everyone off. What do you think?

Kristen Stewart Shoots Stunning Balenciaga Ad
Posted on July 02, 2012 at 3:00 PM
A few months ago it was announced that Kristen Stewart was the new face for Balenciaga’s new fragrance. The first shots of the ad have been made public, and they are stunning! The ‘Twilight‘ star admits she was nervous at the photoshoot. That doesn’t surprise me: Kristen doesn’t seem crazy about the cameras if she isn’t acting!
”When I first stood there, I was like, ‘OK, do you want me to show the curves of the dress? Do you want me to stand like this? Like that?’ And they were like, ‘Just be comfortable.’”
The ad is described as a “futuristic floral ad.” It’s definitely eye-catching, don’t you think? Kristen said she also likes the fragrance itself, describing it as “natural” and “very alive.” I’m always on the lookout for new fragrances, so I’ll be searching for this at the fragrance counter.

Must- See PHOtos!

This might or might not be a newsworthy post, depending on how you look at it. Anderson Cooper has finally officially confirmed that he is in fact gay, but isn’t that a fact that we’ve already known? We’ve seen him photographed with his partners plenty of times in the past and since it was already common knowledge in the entertainment world I guess you can call this his officially “coming out,” if that term has any significance anymore.
According to Celebitchy, the CNN talk show host “came out” in a wonderful open letter-type thing to The Daily Beast’s Andrew Sullivan. Sullivan writes a simple preface to Anderson’s letter, pointing out that it’s become the new “thing” for gay public figures and celebrities to come out in very low-key ways, with little fanfare or public reaction. Sullivan says he asked for Anderson’s feedback and Anderson sent an email response, and gave Sullivan permission to publish it. Here’s a tidbit of what he says:
The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud.
I have always been very open and honest about this part of my life with my friends, my family, and my colleagues. In a perfect world, I don’t think it’s anyone else’s business, but I do think there is value in standing up and being counted. I’m not an activist, but I am a human being and I don’t give that up by being a journalist.
Anderson, we still love you regardless of the official declerations you make.
