Could these settlement talks between Tom’s and Katie’s lawyers be a stalling tactic? My understanding is that Tom’s the one who initiated the divorces from his first two wives, so perhaps he’s having a hard time being on the other end, but given Katie’s decisive actions, I’d imagine he recognizes it’s over.
