Anyone who has had a baby knows how hard it can be to shed those post baby pounds, but none maybe so much as those celebrities who are forced to do so under the glare of public scrutiny. Reality star Kendra Wilkinson had her own struggles to lose the baby weight after she gave birth to son Hank Baskett Jr. which were well documented on her reality show, and now she’s coming to the defense of Jessica Simpson.
Kendra spoke to omg! from Yahoo! and said;

“I feel for her. I was in the same boat. People just need to mind their own business. That’s a woman who just gave birth. Her first priority right now is her child. Her first priority is not losing the weight. You should be proud of her for that. A lot of people just dump their kids off at nannies and lose the weight overnight. We should all be proud of her for being real and taking control and making priorities.”

Well I couldn’t agree more. I think it must be so hard for Jessica knowing that there are cameras constantly surrounding her waiting to see when she’s going to lose the baby weight, or waiting to snap an unflattering pic of her. Obviously looking at Kendra now – she’s pictured here posing for pictures while filming her show – shows that just giving yourself some time and losing weight the healthy way is the best way to do it. Kendra looks amazing! I have no doubt Jessica will get there when she’s ready.

Wow, you would never know what Katie Holmes has been through in the last two weeks by looking at her with her daughter Suri, would you? After having to secretly plan a divorce filing and go through marathon legal sessions to settle the divorce quickly Katie has always maintained her composure. Today was no different as Katie brought Suri to the Central Park Zoo and brought her mom Kathleen along to make it a true girls day out.

Katie’s parents were ardent supporters of their daughter throughout her divorce filing and seem very relieved that their daughter is no longer Mrs. Tom Cruise. It’s nice to see Suri enjoy her time at the zoo. I can only imagine how confusing this entire situation must be for a six year so I was happy when Katie and Tom put her best interests first and settle their divorce quickly. No doubt it had the potential to get very, very messy, but it seems both sides were aware that no one would win if that happened. Nice to see the ladies enjoy the day out.

There is no doubt that things are a little crazy with Tom Cruise’s personal life right now, but there is one person who will be there for him no matter what and that’s his son Connor.  Connor spent time with his dad today on the set of Tom’s new movie ‘Oblivion‘ that’s filming in Mammoth Lakes, California.  After ex-wife Katie Holmes surprised Tom by filing for divorce and quickly settling Tom must appreciate having his son close right now. People Magazine even quotes a source saying that;

“[Tom] was a happy man and thought he had a happy life. He keeps asking, ‘What’s happening?’

Connor has been seen a lot visiting his dad on set since the divorce filing, showing his public support of his father and even taking to twitter to express his feelings tweeting;

“#LaFamilia Always. Friends Come And Go, But Family Is Forever (sic).”

Is it just me or is it hard to believe that Connor is so grown up now?! I always remember him as a little kid but he’s not a little kid anymore!

I have to admit, I love Anne Hathaway’s hair short like this! I don’t love the dress, but I do love the hair! Anne showed up at the Ed Sullivan Theatre in NYC today to appear on David Letterman showing off her new short ‘do. Anne cut her hair for her role as Fantine in the upcoming movie adaptation of Les Miserables as well as undertaking a crazy diet that had shrinking down to nothing.

Anne can be seen as Catwoman in the upcoming Batman flick The Dark Knight Rises which is about as far from the role of Fantine as you can imagine! The actress even spoke to Parade Magazine about her relentless hours at the gym to fit into that skin tight suit saying;

“It wasn’t just about looking a certain way. I had to learn how to fight. I had to become strong,”

I am really looking forward to seeing The Dark Knight Rises. I have a feeling it just might break some box office records!

-It looks like the baby boom in Hollywood is still going strong! Queen Latifah dishes on her plans on adopting a baby on The View Wednesday morning. We can’t wait to see her adopt as there’s no doubt she is going to be a fantastic mom!

Freida Pinto, who we all best know from her role in “Slumdog Millionaire” was spotted entering the NBC Studios to tape a segment for “The Today Show” in New York City on Wednesday afternoon looking absolutely lovely. The actress had on a yellow dress that she matched with a black jacket and pink slip-on shoes.

I’ve seen a lot of celebrities out there match cute, summer dresses with little black jackets. It’s definitely a new trend that is catching on more and more. Plus, I love Freida’s play with colors here along with her purse. She looks cute and we can’t wait to see her on the big screen again. Tell us, what do you think of Freida’s style?
