“Confidentiality was the key,” said a source to the Mirror. “If Katie hadn’t signed up to remain silent it could have become a very messy legal battle.”
Though many speculated that this divorce could have gotten very ugly very fast, it seems that despite their differences, Tom and Katie put Suri’sbest interest first!

According to the UK’s Daily Mirror, Katie is forbidden to talk about Tom’s personal life, as well as his religious beliefs (i.e. Scientology).
