Lady Gaga is known for wearing unusual outfits, so this isn’t even all that surprising, but I am surprised she was allowed to dine in wearing this! Lady Gaga is barely covered up. Mr. Chow’s apparently doesn’t have much in the way of dress code restrictions, though.
