Now that Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have reached a divorce settlement, the details surrounding their agreement are starting to spill out. Case in point, recent reports are claiming that Katie had to sign a confidentiality agreement.

According to the UK’s Daily Mirror, Katie is forbidden to talk about Tom’s personal life, as well as his religious beliefs (i.e. Scientology).

“Confidentiality was the key,” said a source to the Mirror. “If Katie hadn’t signed up to remain silent it could have become a very messy legal battle.”

Though many speculated that this divorce could have gotten very ugly very fast, it seems that despite their differences, Tom and Katie put Suri’s best interest first!

It’s been quite awhile since John Krasinski and Emily Blunt stepped out together, but on July 10, the low-key lovebirds enjoyed a movie date in West Hollywood.

The doting duo checked out a screening of The Amazing Spider-Man yesterday afternoon. After the flick finished up, John put his arm around Emily as they departed the theater. Aww, could these two be anymore adorable?!
