Something tells me Lindsay Lohan isn’t exactly jumping up and down in joy and anticipation over the news that she’s getting another sibling (or won’t be once she finds out). Her father, Michael Lohan, and his apparently on-again girlfriend, Kate Major, are expecting a child. Kate reportedly is in her first trimester, yet the restraining order she had against Michael was only lifted a few weeks ago. This means the child could have been conceived while Michael was legally prohibited from having any contact with Kate.

To make things even more interesting: Michael’s been claiming Kate was trying to get pregnant by him. He said in an interview last April:

“I was in the hospital with kidney stones and Kate just barged in! She’s been taking ovulation tests trying to get pregnant from me. She hates the fact that I’m doing so well, that I am getting close to Dina and the kids who hate her, and can’t stand the fact that my mum and sister came down to visit me and Kate was unwanted.”

When asked about this, Kate called Michael a:

“sick, old man… he is a liar and because I want nothing to do with him, he has been stalking me and I finally HAD to take action again. I have emails, pictures and witnesses to disprove all of his desperate and pathetic claims, plus a permanent order of protection which he constantly violates.”

Hmmm. Every child is a blessing but… this poor kid.
