Tom Cruise has taken a break from filming his upcoming movie ‘Oblivion‘ and headed to NYC to spend some time with his youngest child. Tom was spotted leaving his hotel today to bring Suri to her gymnastics class at Chelsea Piers and it looks like she was quite happy to see her daddy. After all the drama of the past 3 weeks I’m sure that Suri was so happy to be spending time with Tom again. I can’t imagine how much change has happened to her over such a short period of time.

It has been rumoured that Katie Holmes wants to stay in New York and give Suri a bit of continuity and routine so that at least she won’t have to be shuttled back and forth between different cities when she sees her father. I know that Tom was trying to get the divorce proceedings moved from NYC to California so I’m sure he would rather have Suri with him in Cali instead of NYC. Hopefully they agreed to do whatever is best for her though because she’s awfully young to have too much disruption in her life. Having her parents’ divorce will be hard enough.
