The trailer for ‘The Oranges‘ starring Hugh Laurie, Leighton Meester, Oliver Platt, Alison Janney, and Catherine Keener was released today and it looks pretty funny.  The movie, which originally premiered at TIFF last September is about two families who have been longtime friends who live across the street from each other.  When Hugh Laurie’s character becomes involved with Leighton Meester’s character things get a little touchy, especially since Meester’s character is the daughter of Laurie’s best friend!

Wow, Jessica Biel looks fab here doesn’t she? I mean, she always looks great, but I really love this casual chic outfit on her. I love the pairing of the navy blazer with the green skinny capris and leopard flats. Such a great outfit! Jessica Biel was spotted out with a girlfriend at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills today and she accented her awesome outfit with a mega watt smile.

The soon to be newlywed was recently announced as taking on the role of Viper in the upcoming Wolverine movie but has since announced that she won’t be playing the role. Too bad, I thought she was a perfect casting choice for that role. Jessica can be seen on the big screen soon in the reboot of Total Recall in which she stars alongside Kate Beckinsale and Colin Farrell. Not sure if I’ll be rushing out to see that one though!

OMG my jaw dropped when I heard this! This is one couple that I honestly didn’t think would be affected by a cheating scandal – but US Weekly claims it has pictures of Kristen Stewart cheating on boyfriend Robert Pattinson by making out with her married SWATH director Rupert Sanders! What?! There’s even a picture on the cover of the two in an embrace, with the article claiming that there’s more pictures to be seen inside the magazine when it hits newsstands.

I don’t know what I believe here but if there’s pictures of the ‘marathon makeout session‘ they might be pretty irrefutable. According to a source who spoke to PEOPLE the hookup, which happened recently was a mistake;

“Kristen is absolutely devastated. It was a mistake and a complete lapse in judgment.”

“She wasn’t having an affair with Rupert. It was just a fleeting moment that shouldn’t have happened.” She never meant to hurt anyone. She’s a good person who just made a bad choice.”

Wow, If this is true this could make for an awfully tense few months for Kristen and Robert especially since the promotional tour for Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 is quickly approaching. Attached are pictures of Rob and Kristen at Comic-Con and Kristen with Rupert Sanders promoting Snow White and The Huntsman. Thoughts on this scandal?

I can’t even explain how much more I like Christian Bale now after this. The ‘The Dark Knight Rises‘ actor, along with his wife Sibi Blazic, travelled to Aurora, Colorado today to make personal visits and offer his condolences to those who were victims of last week’s horrific shooting at a midnight showing of his latest film. Christian visited with those who were hurt and posed for pictures including the one above of him and one with victim Carey Rottman. In fact the actor requested that his visit be kept quiet and it was only when Rottman tweeted out the above pic that his visit was made known. What an awesome thing to do. I know that it can’t change the tragedy that happened but I bet it sure brightened the day of those who needed it most.

According to the Denver Post, Bill Voloch, interim president of Medical Center of Aurora stated that;

“The patients were really happy to meet Bale. They are obviously big fans of his movies. They wanted to see Batman and were really pleased to see Bale.”

“It was good for the patients. We hope it was therapeutic for them, and all the staff really appreciated him coming.”

As a result of the tragedy Warner Bros. has cancelled some of the European premiere’s as well as cast publicity tours. What a wonderful thing Christian did. Good for him.
