Hollywood actress Jessica Alba was spotted out and about with her daughter Honor and a friend while in New York City on Tuesday afternoon. And boy, did she bring out her neon colors! The hands-on celebrity mom had on a white top that she matched with a long neon orange maxi skirt and a peek-a-boo pink bra. From the looks of it, it seems like Jessica just put the outfit together at the last minute but even when she’s not trying hard, she still pulls it off well and stylish.
