No sign of Chris Brown here! Rihanna and a friend went parasailing over Cannes. This looks like So Much FUN! Rihanna clearly seemed to enjoy herself. I’m not so sure about her friend- LOL.

Rihanna seems to be enjoying her vacation. We’ve seen her shopping, sailing in a yacht, hitting the club, and now here she is parasailing. I don’t know if she’s meeting up with Chris or not. She seems to be having plenty of fun with friends!

Lindsay Lohan had dinner out at Mr. Chow’s last night with a male friend. She hasn’t commented publicly on the news that her father, Michael Lohan, and his on-again, off-again girlfriend Kate Major are expecting a child together. Something tells me Lindsay isn’t going to be that involved in her little brother or little sister’s life. With all the money Michael supposedly owes in back child support, I can’t help but wonder WHAT Kate was thinking?!

Anyway, Lindsay seems to be doing okay these days. She made it through the filming of ‘Liz & Dick’ with only a few hiccups. I wonder how the people in Hollywood feel about hiring her at this point? Hopefully they’ll give her a chance as long as she continues to function well enough. With her family issues, this is a girl who really had the deck stacked against her!

Katy Perry was spotted leaving the Henry Fonda Theatre where she watched the XX Concert last night. She’s been keeping a pretty low profile since she finished promoting her new movie, ‘Part of Me.’ Katy hasn’t said anything about Russell Brand’s interviews, but then, I guess she had her say when she was promoting ‘Part of Me.’ I wonder if she’s going to visit rumored boyfriend Robert Ackroyd in London? With the Olympic Games, it would be perfect timing!

Katy looked almost conservative in her flower-patterned dress and black hat. I’m loving that hat. The boots aren’t what I would choose, but they’re perfect for Katy’s style. She seems to be doing okay these days.

It sounds like Kristin Cavallari is just waiting to deliver. Anyone who’s been pregnant knows this move: you can’t get comfortable. Even moving is a chore! Her fiance, Jay Cutler, is there for her. Kristin tweeted:

Jennifer Lopez is celebrating her 43rd birthday today. Doesn’t she look amazing? Jennifer is rocking those black leather pants! Jennifer got an early start on her birthday celebrations last night. She and boyfriend Casper Smart dined out in New York City.

I wonder what the plans are for tonight? I’m sure Jennifer will have a bigger celebration of some sort. Her kids, Max and Emme, will probably have fun with her earlier in the day. Jennifer said it was time for her to leave ‘American Idol’ so she could do other things. She’s probably excited for what the future holds, as she should be!

OMG! Kanye West has asked a jeweler to design an engagement ring for Kim Kardashian, according to Radar Online. Kanye has given the jeweler diamonds and rubies from his late mother’s, Donda West’s, collection to design the ring. Now that is serious.

“Donda was such an important person in Kanye’s life, he thought the world of her and was devastated when she died. So, he kept all her jewelry as keepsakes – a lot of the pieces were items he bought over the years after he made it as a hip-hop star.

“And now, Kanye has found a woman he respects and loves just as much as his mom, so he wants to share her jewelry collection with Kim. He’s hoping to propose to Kim with the ring when she finally gets divorced.”

There is that little issue. Eventually Kim and Kris Humphries have to finalize their split. Friends close to Kanye, though, aren’t too happy about this move.

“His friends think it’s a terrible idea and are advising him not to give Kim the ring. Because it’s a gift, it would be difficult for Kanye to ask for it back if they ever split up. They’ve also reminded him that Kim is not somebody who works hard for her money. She makes millions doing reality shows and selling her image, and Donda’s jewelry shouldn’t be part of that image.”

Kim refused to return the wedding gifts after her 72-day marriage ended, but I thought engagement rings had to be returned if the couple didn’t marry? I don’t blame Kanye’s friends for being skeptical, but the couple have known each other for a long time. Kanye apparently isn’t listening to them: he has already decided he wants to marry Kim in either Chicago or Oklahoma. I’m guessing Kim will opt for Chicago over Oklahoma- LOL.
