Jennifer Aniston Continues To Film “We’re The Millers”

Posted on July 25, 2012 at 5:30 PM

Jennifer Aniston was spotted again looking like her early nineties soccer mom best as she was filming scenes for her latest flick, “We’re The Millers” with Emma Roberts and Jason Sudekis. Jennifer had on the same clothes as the previous day of filming, so it’s a good guess that they are doing reshoots.

While it’s great to see Jennifer working and all, I just don’t get why she continues to make the same genre of movies. Her last few films (some of which I can’t even remember their film titles because they were gone from theaters in a split second) bombed horribly at the box office, so you’d think she would switch things up a bit. She’s a great comedian, but as a fan, I’d like to see her do something else for a change. What do you think?

  1. I liked to see her mix things up too, but maybe you should get your facts straight. This isn’t a rom-com but a raunchy comedy similar to Horrible Bosses – that film of hers from just last year that did spectacular at the box office. Along with her other 2011 film Just Go With It, that also grossed more than $200 million worldwide. Her last few films didn’t bomb horribly at the box office as you said. She’s had one flop (Wanderlust) in the last several years. Other than that, her other films have all grossed a profit based on their numbers. People need to stop buying into the idea that because her films aren’t generally critically acclaimed that this must also mean they don’t do well. Her numbers don’t lie. She’s the only female with 6 $20+ million openings in 6 years and the only female with 8 $100+ million grossers in the last 8 years. Why else do you think studios would continue to hire her and pay her big bucks if she wasn’t actually performing well for them??
