Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis were spotted leaving Duplex Restaurant last night. The two were said to have enjoying a “romantic dinner.” I don’t think anyone’s really buying the “we’re just friends” bit anymore, especially with public makeout sessions. If Ashton and Mila feel their relationship is serious enough, they’ll go public.

I don’t blame them for keeping things private. It makes sense to see how the relationship is going before “going public,” especially with Ashton’s marriage to Demi Moore having ended so recently. Did Ashton and Demi ever legally divorce? Maybe they did it so quietly they were able to slip it under the radar.

No Doubt is BACK! Gwen Stefani chose a vivid, impossible-to-miss red outfit for her appearance on ‘GMA’ with the rest of No Doubt this morning. I love Gwen’s clothing line, L.A.M.B.. I’m a fan of her as a solo artist. And there’s no question Gwen’s busy with Kingston and Zuma. Yet I’m thrilled to see her reunited with No Doubt again.

I know No Doubt has always said they aren’t breaking up, just taking some time apart to pursue solo projects. But how many times have you heard that from a group and the next thing you know, they never put out another album? I was worried No Doubt would be one of those groups. Katherine Jackson’s lawyer announced the new plans for guardianship of Michael Jackson’s kids: Katherine and TJ Jackson will petition the court to share guardianship. TJ was awarded temporary guardianship earlier this week after Katherine left town and couldn’t be reached. Katherine’s lawyer said:

“That pleading will essentially now legally reflect how Mrs. Jackson and TJ have often shared  responsibilities of raising the children since Michael Jackson‘s tragic passing.” Katherine’s lawyer says the new arrangement “reflected the wishes of [Michael Jackson's] children” … Paris, Prince and Blanket.”

Katherine’s lawyer said TJ will also handle many of the daily responsibilities that were stressing Katherine out, such as managing the household, and this change in status will allow him to interact with school officials as needed. Honestly, this sounds like the BEST outcome to me. I can see where it would be too much trying to be a parent at 82!

Sandra Bullock wasn’t the only celeb to have a birthday yesterday. ‘Total Recall‘ star Kate Beckinsale also celebrated her birthday yesterday. Happy Belated Birthday! Kate turned 39. She had what looks like a quiet birthday dinner at Little Door restaurant with her husband, Len Wiseman.

Is that Kate’s teenage daughter, Lily, with the purple hair? She’s not identified in the pictures, but they’re holding hands (you can see in the gallery). If that is Lily, it looks like she’s going through an “experimental” phase- LOL. Kate looks FAB in those black leather pants. Go Kate!

‘The Bourne Legacy‘ star Jeremy Renner had a slight, um, medication mishap. He had to fly to Europe to promote his new film, ‘The Bourne Legacy.’ Jeremy’s just finished his promotional tour for the movie abroad. He learned it’s very important not to get your pills mixed up before a long flight. Here’s what happened:

“I had to get off the plane to go to work, so I had to sleep on the plane. So I take a little sleeping pill, pop it and realize nothing’s happening – but something else was happening.”

It turns out his friend gave him a Viagra instead of a sleeping pill. Oops.

“Not only did I not sleep the entire flight,” he added of his 10-to 12-hour trip, but he also had to deal with his pants “camping.” ”There was no walking. If I had to go to the restroom, it was so embarrassing.”

I guess so! Add this to the list of reasons why you shouldn’t be passing out pills like candy- LOL.
