Jennifer Garner gave birth to baby Samuel five months ago, yet she looked fabulous at the premiere of ‘The Odd Life of Timothy Green’! Jennifer and her longtime trainer, Valerie Waters, shared her workout strategy to get her body back in shape after giving birth. Jennifer shared:

“I was working out with my trainer this morning, [a]nd she was like ‘Yeah, I think it’s time. I think we need to put some pleather on!’ “

Valerie explained:

“She’s looking so amazing right now. She looks strong and sexy, and I like that she’s rocking her Lycra again!”

Jennifer said she started exercising a month after having Samuel. Valerie said the first few workouts were slow, 15 to 20 minutes, before increasing to 40 minutes, three to four times a week. In addition to doing cardio twice a week, Jennifer also does strength training.

Jennifer also eats a healthy diet of mostly organic foods, with few processed foods, and she keeps fresh fruit and veggies nearby for when cravings kick in. Valerie said she and Jennifer have moved into the “fine-tuning, sculpting stage.” Go Jen!

Halle Berry is trying to convince the court to allow her to move to France with Nahla over Gabriel Aubry’s objections. The crux of Halle’s argument is the paparazzi make it too dangerous to live in LA. One of the witnesses Halle’s attorneys will call is actress Salma Hayek.

Remember, Salma is married to a French billionaire, so she spends a lot of time in France. TMZ reports Salma is going to testify how the paparazzi are much less intrusive in France (French law prohibits photographing minors without parental consent). I wonder if the judge is going to be persuaded to allow Halle to take Nahla to France. So many celebs DO manage to live in LA. And is there any justification for moving Nahla so far away from her father, Gabriel? It’ll be interesting to see how this works out.

Now this is not what I expected to hear in Rihanna’s interview with Oprah Winfrey for ‘Oprah’s Next Chapter’! Rihanna REALLY opened up to Oprah. In this clip, Rihanna shares how she felt after Chris Brown assaulted her and the world found out about it. Rihanna confesses she was very confused and more concerned about Chris than about herself.

Rihanna says she felt like she lost her best friend that night. She also explained she thought Chris needed help and wondered who was going to help him. Rihanna also talks about how hard it was to deal with all of that in public. I can’t even IMAGINE. You have to give Rihanna credit for being honest.

Now THIS is a first: a bride who’s too busy to plan her own wedding! Jessica Biel confesses time, and not being the best planner, are what’s getting in the way of planning her wedding to Justin Timberlake.

“It’s very exciting but it’s hard to find the time for it! But it’s a good moment just to enjoy it. I have no idea of what I want. I am one of those people who are not very detailed orientated. I don’t feel like I’m one of those people who is like, ‘This has to be done this way.’ I’m more of a big idea person. I will probably give an idea and let it be created.”

And that is why we have wedding planners- LOL. Jessica said if she can’t come up with a good idea for the wedding, she may just leave it up to Justin.

“He does have incredible taste, that’s no lie there!”

Jessica said she hopes not to turn into a “bridezilla” but knows it’s possible.

 ”I feel like most of my friends, bless them, always go through some sort of something – one day of ‘bridezilla’. Maybe it’s just part of the experience.”

As you get closer and closer to your wedding day, the stress certainly can build up! I’m looking forward to seeing Jessica and Justin’s wedding pictures, whenever it happens.

Kristen Stewart is angry about all the heat she’s taking for this cheating scandal, according to TMZ. What supposedly has her so upset is that no one seems to be holding Rupert Sanders, her ‘Snow White and the Huntsman‘ director, responsible for the affair, too.

Our sources tell us … Kristen can’t believe the public isn’t painting Rupert Sanders as the bad guy.  She’s grousing that he’s 19 years her senior and was “in a position of power over her”…

Kristen is also incensed that she’s being called the big cheater.  Although she knows she shouldn’t have done it… she feels Rupert is in a totally different and far more culpable situation, being married with 2 kids.

I have to say, I’ve been thinking that myself! I’m not sure if this is a case of sexism or Kristen being the more famous of the pair or the whole issue that ‘Twilight’ fans loved seeing “Bella and Edward” together in real life.

Regardless, these types of defenses work better when someone ELSE makes them, although I think Kristen’s feelings are justified. She’s having to learn life isn’t always fair. Hopefully Kristen’s career won’t be “irreparably damaged,” as she reportedly fears. She doesn’t deserve that!

It’s not only the middle class who are struggling in the housing market: so are the celebrities! Forbes has an interesting look at several celebs who are facing foreclosure, including celebs who “strategically” defaulted to minimize her losses. What a mess! Here’s a rundown:

• Terrell Owens has defaulted on FIVE homes around the country: four high-end condos in the Dallas area as well as a Trump Tower apartment in Sunny Isles, Florida. Some were repossessed by the bank while others were sold in a short sale. WHY would he need four condos in one city?
• Chris Tucker had SunTrust Bank foreclose on his 10,000 square foot mansion in Lake County, Florida. He bought it for $6 million in 2007, owed $4.4 million when the bank foreclosed, and the house was sold in a short sale earlier this year for $1.7 million. OUCH.
• Burt Reynolds reportedly hadn’t made a payment on his $1.2 million mortgage since September 2010 on his 12,538-square feet (including a helipad and yacht dockage) Hobe Sound compound when the bank foreclosed on it in August 2011. It’s now listed for a short sale for $5 million, $4 million less than its asking price when foreclosure proceedings began. When you think of how little he owed on the house ($1.2 million) relative to its worth ($9 million), that’s really unfortunate.
• Evander Holyfield lost his Fairburn, Georgia “mega-mansion” (54,000 square feet) earlier this year. He owed nearly $14 million on the property. The bank started foreclosure proceedings four years ago but gave Evander time to try to turn things around. Yet with his child support payments and failed business ventures, he was unable to do so.
• Rihanna is an example of a star who intentionally went into default. She bought a $6.9 million house in Beverly Hills, California but then filed a suit claiming leaky construction had caused extensive water damage. Although the singer presumably could afford to make the payments, it didn’t make sense to do so, given the condition of the house. It’s now listed as a short sale property.

Things may be turning around, but everyone’s still struggling with the housing market!
