Ashley Greene changed it up while out and about yesterday. First the ‘Twilight‘ star went to visit a sick friend in a hospital in West Hollywood. Hopefully her friend will be okay! As you can see, Ashley’s wearing dark blue cut-offs and a black top.

Then Ashley met up with a friend for lunch. As you can see, she changed into light blue cut-offs and a striped top. Ashley may have worn different styles, but she stuck to the same casual style. I wonder if that was an attempt to throw off the paparazzi? Occasionally celebs will enter a building (or a store) wearing one thing and leave wearing another. I suspect it’s to throw off the ever-watchful paparazzi. I’m not sure it works, but you can’t blame them for trying!

Rachel Zoe spent Saturday with her two favorite guys. How can it get any better than that? Rachel and her husband, Rodger Berman, took their son, Skyler, out for a hike in a California park. The family stayed stylish while protecting themselves from the sun with hats. Would you expect anything less from Rachel and her family? LOL

Skyler looks like he had a ball outside. He seemed to be ready to do that hike as a run when they first got out of the car, but Rachel reigned him in. Well, I bet he had fun and was tired enough when they got back home. As a parent, that’s the best you can ask for sometimes.

Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte continues to enjoy himself out west! He left LA for Las Vegas to attend the pool party at the Azure at the Palazzo Hotel and Casino. Between the ladies and some fellow Olympic swimmers (Cullen Jones and Conor Dwyer), I bet Ryan had a great time. Check out the gallery. Ryan didn’t have to worry about saying his lines or trademarking anything.

Obviously there was plenty of eye candy at the Azure pool party, but I would’ve loved to have seen Ryan, Conor, and Cullen just SWIM. Getting to see Olympic swimmers in the water in person would be amazing. Especially if they were shirtless- LOL.

Jennifer Lopez stayed cool by the pool in the hot Las Vegas sun! She hosted the Wet Republic Pool Party at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. Boyfriend Casper Smart was there, although he didn’t spend time on the red carpet. You can see him in one of the thumbnails below.

Jennifer looks great! Her white outfit shows off her gorgeous tan. She was definitely pool-ready yesterday. I bet Jennifer rocked a bikini once she got poolside, too.

One of Vanessa Hudgens’ BFFs, Ashley Tisdale, was also spotted out and about yesterday afternoon. Ashley was seen leaving Nine Zero One Salon in West Hollywood. Her hair looks great- they did a good job! Looks like Ashley picked up some hair products on her way out. Sometimes the price is worth some of those products, although nothing beats the expertise of the hair stylist.

Wonder if she and Scott Speer had big plans for last night? Well, Ashley looked great for it if they did. I’d love to see pictures of Ashley and Scott on a double date with Vanessa and her boyfriend, Austin Butler.

Vanessa Hudgens had a low-key day yesterday. She was seen spending some time with boyfriend Austin Butler. The two had lunch in Studio City. Then Vanessa picked up a few things from a local grocery store.

Looks like Vanessa got some pretty flowers! They are the perfect decoration for a room: simple yet pretty. I’ve found it’s worth putting them in my budget. I also like Vanessa’s casual sundress, too.
